Our beach house is a completely furnished and newly redecorated duplex but lives much like a single-family. It is well built and noise is not heard through the common wall. Both sides are large, 1600 square feet mirror images of each other with 4 Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths and sleeps up to 12. Each side has a large furnished deck and an enclosed hot/cold outside shower. The decks are separated by a privacy screen and stairwell. The 60-feet long boardwalk to the beach is the only shared facility.

The weather enjoyed on Emerald Isle ranges from fine and warm September days; October and November have brillian sunny days with temps in the 70's and 80's and our winter months of January, February and March are gentle enough for beach walks, golf, or fishing, with most day temperatures ranging into the 50's or 60's with spectacularly clear, starry nights. In April, water temperatures are rising, making Spring a great time to visit the island as well.
